Shipping Questions

How long until I get my order?
Order processing time is 1 business day or less. We ship via US Postal Service using Priority Mail service that usually takes 2-3 business days at the most.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or PMB?
Yes.

Do I need to sign for the package?
No, it will be delivered with your regular mail by the US Postal Service.

What type of packaging will it be shipped in? Will someone be able to know what's inside?
Test kits are shipped in a USPS Priority Mail envelope that is virtually impossible to see through or inadvertently rip/tear. The return address is from “American International” and the contents will not be known to anyone unless they open it.

Can I have my order shipped Internationally?
Unfortunately we can only ship the product within the U.S. and Canada. Canadian orders are subject to additional procedures, click here (link to Doc_3 as pop-up) for details.

I have a special shipping request. Can you accommodate it?
In most cases, yes. If you need to ship the product to your place of employment, military unit, in care of someone else’s name or if you are traveling, etc., simply put a comment on your order form and we’ll take care of it.
